Yo readers! Sigh, quite a bad time I am going through lately. Quite a lot of things are troubling me, like preparing for SA2. I really must work harder to beat one almost invincible opponent in my class, I have decided to be his number one contender since the recent Common Test.

Recently, I had received quite of birthday message written by my parents, relatives and friends. My birthday was on the 11th of August, however, I have decided not to celebrate my birthdays anymore om now on. In order not to disappoint my family members, friends, neighbours and my "party members", I will still accept well-wishes and presents from them. I am not sure why, I do not have the spirit to celebrate my birthday anymore. Perhaps my mind is not at ease because of academics or is it because my birthday wishes never come true. I may never know.

Teacher's Day is around the corner, I will be busy preparing all the Teacher's Day cards for my teachers. Quite a busy week I will be having next week. But look on the bright side, the September holidays is just about two weeks from now. After all the hard work I have been through, once in a while, I will need a short break. Well, not just myself, others need a good rest during the holidays as well. I hope I will get better after a few weeks, I have not been feeling quite well lately. Sometimes I walk with a shuffle at home, loss of appetite and loss in weight. Right now, the only thing on m mind is to take back the championship title which I had lost during SA1 in SA2. That would be my last chance otherwise, I will have no more opportunity to regain back that championship spot.

Well, hope all goes well for me in future ... ...

Yoz readers! Long time no blog! I apologise for my 'absence' because I had a common test to prepare for. Oh well, I just hope my results will be good.

Last week, my school had a grand carnival called the "PHrenZ Carnival" in celebration of Racial Harmony and National Day with sports. Quite a good time I had, especially the fact that my class got third in Indoor Rowing. I was feeling a bit nervous, especially when I had to run up to the stage to represent my indoor Rowing team for my class to receive the medals from my Vice-Principal. The whole school was filled with booths for various games for the students on that day. It is the second time in a row that the PHrenZ Carnival is held. As a student Councillor and an AVA member, I had to sacrifice my time to tend to the Iron-Man Challenge and the Song-dedication booths respectively. But this sacrifice was worth it because I enjoy dedicating songs to my friends, especially when I was instructed by some to play a metal music. Wow, I almost went deaf and my juniors on duty were covering their ears. Our teachers wrapped up the carnival with a sing along session of the past year's NDP theme songs, some classes went crazy because they started carrying each other up and down. Students who had won medals, including myself, also started waving our medals in the air while we were singing. Some students even ran up to the stage to sing along with their friends in one big group. The atmosphere was extremely lively like disco! However, out of all the happy faces, I was the only one who looked grim because I was worried for the common test the week after. But I tried hard to give a smile lest I start to attract attention. But above all, the carnival was a great success. On that same day at night, I watched the Olympics Grand Opening Ceremony after coming back from my Math Tuition class. It was an enjoyable event, China had gave the world a wonderful performance. And guess what, just yesterday, I heard that our country's table-tennis player won South Korea. What an amazing victory! So it would either be a gold or a silver for our country's star table-tennis player in the finals. All the best!

Now that my common tests are over, I can continue to blog again. But at the same time, my mind is not at ease for obvious reasons. I hope that I can get good results and make my parents and teachers proud. Well, that is all for now.
